Most non-profits require training and understanding to improve their scope. Without focus, there are no goals to help accomplish these purposes.
Through coaching and consulting, we have developed a roadmap for seminars, training, and one-to-one mentoring programs. These programs assist the leaders and boards of directors to optimize their plans and gather resources to be the most successful. More than what they currently have, we assist in the search to gain more opportunities for advancement of each organization. This helps them grow internally and expand their areas of influence.
PURPOSE & FULFILLMENT
Through evaluation and assessment of needs, our work is to provide career and college readiness, educational counseling, and youth leadership development training. There is a need for this next generation to know what giftings they have, skills, and passions to develop their future. However, they must acquire discipline, dedication, and consistency to develop into their full potential.
LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES
We expand learning opportunities for people without formal education by connecting them with foundations, advisers, and resources that support further study. Because financial hardship and social barriers often lead students to leave school early, we provide career coaching that helps them pursue education, access employment opportunities, and improve their quality of life.
