About us
Equipping the Nations was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2017. Equipping the Nations (ETN) is a nonprofit that helps communities address local needs. We provide consulting, leadership training, and program development for nonprofits, businesses, and organizations serving locally and internationally. Our work incorporates sustainable growth practices into community programs and projects. Our team has more than 25 years of experience, including a decade of service in our local community alongside churches and ministries. Through consulting, organizational support, and local programs, our network has equipped more than 50 organizations and five hundred leaders across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Spain. By 2030, we aim to open a training center in North Carolina and offer online courses in multiple languages, with support for Christian leaders in countries. These countries have limited access to education and government cooperation due to religious discrimination and additional barriers. Our focus is to support and establish every organization with foundational tools to help teams and ministries worldwide build capacity, grow sustainably, and serve their communities more effectively.
