Most of the nonprofits require credibility and trust. To build a network of sustainable partners, Equipping the Nations provides foundational training based on developing high standards of performance and execution, equipping social leaders to become agents of social transformation.
Building trustful relationships with our partners must requiere two way commitment of transpatency and good communication. First, there must be a discovery of the need and the needs of the team. Then, the implementation of any project can happen by being on the same page. The expectations in the programs allow us to have clear perspective of the need and let us work together in utilizing our resourses.

Understanding Human Behavior
In order to understand human behavior, we need to agree with our Creator; all of us were created by a superior intelligence based on the love of our heavenly Father. His love is more tangible and absolute than anything that men have created. So this generation must learn to use technology for the benefit of our faith and not to the detriment of our belief. When we use tecnology in the proper way, this does not limit human creativity. Technology affects this generation spiritually and emotionally as most are consuming a ton of media. It is important to create spaces to grow spiritually and develop relationships with a deep conscience of empathy for each other. These feelings of compassion, justice, and cooperation should be the engine of the new generation.
Personal Balance brings equilibrium
Without balance we can loose the track. Self-absorbed leaders can often be clueless and disguised in bigger environments. However, the fruit of what they produce can be the evidence of their motivations. It is very important to be sensitive to the needs of the people around us.
For that reason, our priority is to develop and coach servant leaders who have the intentionality to reach a new level of understanding and spiritual growth in Christ. When one gains spiritual clarity and understanding, there is a clear definition of limitations and focus. This focus helps guide one where to put their energy and strength.
There should be clear focus in priorities of an organization. Without clear priorities and goals, its imposibimpossible tole advance and grow. There has to be clear understanding for the people behind the organization. As a part of our training, we provide development in one's personal, spiritual, and emotionally growth. As one is whole, everything that they do becomes a product of that.+
