Community in Transformation
Community in Transformation is a program tailored to each community’s unique identity. While culture shapes social values and standards of living, it can also overlook individual worth and prevent people’s voices and needs from being recognized. Through workshops and collaborative activities, the program helps community leaders identify opportunities, work together, and pursue sustainable development.

UNISAL
In 2026, we partnered with UNISAL, a local Charlotte nonprofit, to assist them in their scope of influence, programming, and development. UNISAL has been established in Charlotte for over 20 years, providing education, development, and career services to the Hispanic community.
Currently, they provide support in Venezuela to displaced youth and families. Their efforts were in response to the recent earthquakes leaving orphans without a home.
Since working with them, their mission, vision, and programming have been sharpened.
